WELCOME TO PANAMA

Nomads arrive in the capital city of Panama on their own and with their own lodging. The most cosmopolitan capital in Central America, Panama City is both a vibrant metropolis and gateway to tropical escapes. It is an urban mecca and as modern as you can imagine.

Panama is best known for the Panama Canal, so we recommend spending your day here learning about the Canal, a liquid hub between the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans.

We will recommend hotels in Panama and provide you with the rates. We are planning a meet and greet Happy hour for that evening. Location TBD.

BOAT TOUR FROM 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM WHICH INCLUDES:

Complimentary Breakfast, which will be provided.

Dolphin Bay - Known locally as Laguna Bocatorito, Dolphin Bay has calm waters and is surrounded by mangroves, which draw an abundance of small fish and crustaceans into the water—this makes it a perfect habitat for dolphins, especially mothers and calves. The best time of year to see dolphins is June and July, when rough seas make the calm water of the bay especially appealing for dolphins. The dolphins are usually spotted in pairs, or in pods of five or six. There is a good chance of spotting dolphins, but even if if you don’t, we promise you’ll be pleased with this scenic bay.

The boat tour also includes Sloth Island, Star Beach, Cayo Zapatilla, and Coral Cay.

We will pause for a delicious lunch in Coral Cay. Situated on the southeastern side of Bastimentos Island, just 30 minutes by water taxi from Bocas town, Coral Cay is Bocas’ most popular tourist destination.

Individuals are responsible for the cost of their own lunch.

Dinner will be provided after our day of adventure.

After dinner, enjoy soothing Sound Healing and guided meditation as well as oceanside chat sessions. For those who want to explore the nightlife, there is an opportunity in Bocas for you to drink, dance and sing.
